How is sugar used in fermentation of wine?
Take 5 litre bottle with a wide screw on top. Then add the boiled fruit with the small amount of water into the bottle. Add some skins for extra flavour. Add 1 litre of distilled water and 500g of sugar into the 5 litre bottle. Sugar will later cause fermentation.
